Domaine Combier is located in Pont-de-L'Isère, south of Tain de l'Hermitage in the northern Rhône. Laurent and Ghislaine took over the 5-hectare family estate in 1990.

    Description

    The vineyard

    25 years after taking over the estate, Ghislaine and Laurent have been joined by David and Julien, their children. There are two types of soil on the estate, allowing different expressions of Syrah.

    The wine

    Domaine Laurent Combier's Crozes-Hermitage is a blend of grapes from parcels in the south of the appellation. This cuvée opens with notes of black pepper, red fruit and garrigue.

    The wine can be aged in wine cellar

    Better served between 15°C - 17°C.
