Description
The vineyard
The Demougeot estate is run by Rodolphe Demougeot. Committed to traditional techniques and quality, Rodolphe does most of the work in the vineyard and cellar by hand.
The wine
This Chardonnay comes from plots with clay-limestone soil. The wine is aged in oak barrels for one year. The 10% new oak used brings texture and complexity to the wine, with notes of hazelnut and vanilla.
