The vineyard
The Sérol estate has been run biodynamically by Stéphane Sérol since 1996. The vines, located in the eastern foothills of the Massif Central, benefit from an optimal terroir, enabling them to produce high-quality grapes. The estate is planted with Gamay, Viognier and Chenin.
The wine
A plot-by-plot cuvée aged in amphora: an unmissable discovery! Cuvée Chez Muron comes from the eponymous parcel of 50-year-old vines planted between 480 and 500 meters above sea level. The plot is planted at high density, producing fruit of unrivalled concentration.
