The vineyard
On the highest slopes of Cahors, Fabien Jouves created his estate, Le Mas del Périé, in 2006. Thanks to biodynamic viticulture and parcel-based cuvées, the winemaker succeeds in transcribing the terroirs of Cahors in his cuvées.
The wine
Les Acacias is a parcel-based cuvée made from 40-year-old Malbec vines planted at an altitude of 350 metres. Marked by its terroir, this cuvée reveals intense notes of fresh black fruits such as blackcurrant and plum.
