DOMAINE CLAUDE RIFFAULT
Heir to his father's estate, Stéphane Riffault is committed to working with the plots so that the origin of the six 'lieux-dits' on the estate, to the north of the commune of Sancerre, can be properly expressed. This winemaker uses his admirable technique and a great deal of work to enhance the value of each vine according to its fruit, the soil and their interaction. A fan of biodynamic cultivation, he strives to protect and enhance the life of the soil in order to faithfully reflect the expression of each plot.
DOMAINE THOMAS ET FILS
The estate was born in 1670, and thirteen generations succeeded each other since then, until Julien who inherited it from his father in 2005. Practicing biodynamic practices, he produces rich wines, respectful of the fruit and the soil.
