François Lurton, heir to a large wine-producing family, acquired and restored the Château des Erles with his brother Jacques in 2001. The vine is surrounded by garrigue, characteristic of the south of France, which gives the wine subtle notes of thyme and rosemary. The seat of the Fitou appellation, their vineyard covers two ancient terroirs and their wine benefits from a long maturation period. The production is vegan friendly.
