Our Burgundy producers

DOMAINE ALAIN MATHIAS

The geometer-turned-winegrower chose Burgundy to start planting vines. Converted to biological farming, he got the certification in 2013. Two years later, he bequeathed his activity to his son and daughter-in-law, Bastien and Carole Mathias. The two oenologists watch over the 30-year-old vines of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and give particular attention to the aging of 18 months which gives more stability and a better-aging potential to the wines.

DOMAINE DAVID DUBAND

In 1991, David Duband created his domain, jointly with his father who had been growing vines since the mid-1960s. Over time, he has developed and enlarged his property, acquiring Premier and Grand Cru plots. In his eyes, respect for the environment is essential to enhance the diversity of the Burgundy climates. This passionate work has made his bottles some of the most prized in the region.
