Our Beaujolais producer

This young domain was created in 2018 under the impetus of Grégoire Hoppenot, whose experience as a wine merchant and cellar master has stood him in good stead. He chose a vineyard furnished with old vines, an exceptional climate, and a “gobelet” pruning system and, from the outset, began a conversion to organic farming. This winemaker's motto is: "to faithfully reflect the expression of each grape in its purest form".
