Description
The origins of this family institution date back to 1734 when Jacques Fourneaux created his House of Champagne. Moved in the hotel Comtes de Champagne in Reims at the beginning of the 20th century, it was then acquired by Pierre Taittinger along with the Marquetterie castle in 1932. Now presided by Vitalie, daughter of the fourth generation, the House is a true ambassador of Chardonnay. It owns 4th-century crayères and the HVE certification (High Environmental Value).
