    The domain

    Montille enhances the terroir with precision and respect for optimal maturity. The meticulous vinifications and controlled ageing result in elegant, concentrated, and refined 1er Crus, capable of evolving with grace while expressing the typicity of Champans.



    The wine

    At the opening, black cherry, raspberry, violet, and subtle notes of spices unfold with intensity. The mouth is full, silky, and structured, supported by fine tannins and balanced acidity. The finish, long and persistent, blends pure fruit, floral notes, and noble minerality.
