The domain

Montille values terroir and optimal maturity with rigour and precision. The careful vinifications and controlled ageing produce concentrated and elegant 1er Crus, capable of ageing while maintaining purity and aromatic complexity.



The wine

From the moment it opens, ripe pear, apple, white flowers, and subtle buttery notes reveal themselves with intensity. The mouth is full, silky, and perfectly balanced by a fine acidity. The finish, long and persistent, blends candied citrus, dried fruits, and saline minerality.
