    Description

    The domain

    Jean-Marc Boillot values terroir and Chardonnay expression with rigour. Precise vinifications and controlled ageing result in elegant and refined white 1er Crus, capable of revealing the complexity and minerality typical of Combettes.



    The wine

    At the opening, pear, apple, white flowers, and subtle hazelnut notes unfold with elegance. The mouth is full and silky, supported by a fine and balancing acidity. The finish, long and persistent, blends pure fruit, floral notes, and saline minerality.
