    Description

    The domain

    Gouges enhances the terroir with precision and respect for optimal maturity. The careful vinifications and controlled ageing produce elegant and concentrated 1er Crus, capable of evolving with grace while fully expressing the typicality of the Les Pruliers climate.



    The wine

    At the opening, black cherry, blackberry, violet, and subtle spicy notes reveal themselves with intensity. The mouth is full and silky, supported by fine tannins and balancing acidity. The finish, long and persistent, blends pure fruit, floral notes, and noble minerality.
