François Gaunoux enhances the terroir with rigour and precision. The careful vinification and controlled ageing result in concentrated and refined Meursaults, fully expressing the typicity of Clos de Tavaux and the elegance of Chardonnay.



The wine

At the opening, pear, green apple, white flowers, and subtle hazelnut notes unfold with elegance. The mouth is full and silky, supported by a fine and balancing acidity. The finish, long and persistent, blends pure fruit, floral nuances, and saline minerality.
