    Description

    The domain

    Maison Drouhin values terroir and optimal maturity with rigour and precision. The careful vinifications and controlled ageing produce balanced and elegant grand crus, capable of ageing gracefully while retaining the typicity of Griotte-Chambertin.



    The wine

    At the opening, evolved black cherry, plum, undergrowth, and sweet spices subtly reveal themselves. The mouth is silky and smooth, with softened tannins and harmonious acidity. The finish, long and refined, blends ripe fruit, floral notes, and a touch of noble minerality.
