    The domain

    Guyon values the Burgundian terroir with rigour and precision. The careful vinifications and controlled ageing produce elegant and balanced wines, capable of retaining their fruity and mineral expression while evolving with grace.



    The wine

    From the moment it opens, black cherry, blackcurrant, violet, and subtle spices reveal themselves with intensity. The palate is full, structured, and silky, supported by fine tannins and balanced acidity. The finish, long and persistent, blends pure fruit, floral notes, and noble minerality.
