The wine

At the opening, ripe pear, apple, white flowers, and buttery nuances express themselves with finesse. The mouth is full, silky, and perfectly balanced by a lively acidity. The finish, long and persistent, reveals candied citrus, dried fruits, and saline minerality, typical of a great Corton-Charlemagne.
