    The domain

    Louis Jadot values the terroir and the expression of Chardonnay with rigour. The precise vinifications and careful ageing result in structured, elegant, and balanced grand cru whites, capable of ageing with grace and complexity.



    The wine

    Ripe pear, apple, white flowers, and buttery nuances express themselves with subtlety. The mouth is full, silky, and perfectly balanced by a lively acidity. The finish, long and persistent, reveals candied citrus, dried fruits, and delicate minerality, typical of a great Chevalier-Montrachet.
