    The domain

    Louis Jadot values the terroir with rigour, prioritising precision and aromatic purity. The meticulous vinifications and controlled ageing result in structured, elegant whites capable of refined evolution over several years.



    The wine

    The nose opens with ripe apple, pear, white flowers, and sweet almond. The mouth is full and silky, supported by a balancing acidity and a subtle minerality. The finish, long and persistent, reveals notes of candied citrus and dried fruits, typical of a great white Beaune.
