    The domain

    Chanson, a historic Burgundian house, values terroir and aromatic precision. The meticulous vinifications and careful ageing produce elegant, balanced wines suitable for long ageing, while respecting the expression of Clos des Mouches.



    The wine

    The nose blends black cherry, raspberry, violet, and light spicy nuances. The palate is silky and structured, with fine tannins and balancing acidity. The finish, long and persistent, reveals pure fruit, floral notes, and delicate minerality, promising evolution and finesse.
