The Jasmin estate enhances the terroir of Côte- Rôtie by old vines and precise ageing. The rigorous winemaking produces concentrated, balanced, and elegant wines, capable of ageing while remaining expressive and refined.



The wine

The nose opens with blackberry, blackcurrant, violet, and black pepper. The palate is full and velvety, supported by fine tannins and lively acidity. The finish, long and persistent, reveals smoky, spicy, and slightly liquorice notes, expressing power and elegance.
