    The domain

    Louis Jadot, a Burgundian reference, produces wines faithful to the terroir and classic style. For the premier crus, the house prioritises balance, precision, and ageing potential, offering wines that are both structured and nuanced.



    The wine

    The evolved bouquet blends black cherry, cooked plum, light undergrowth, and sweet spices. On the palate, the texture is silky, the tannins are melted, and the softened acidity maintains the balance. The finish, long and subtly spicy, expresses all the nobility of Boucherottes.
