The Domaine
Catarina and François Buisine bought the estate in 2001 after they fell in love with it during a visit. It is located in the heights, in a preserved environment where blows a typical Mediterranean wind is ideal for the vines. The couple chose a bespoke vinification parcel by parcel.
The wine
You will admire the clear and bright color of this rosé. It is a true wine of Provence, with a spicy scent and a nice linger in the mouth.
65% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, 5% Rolle
