Description

The Domaine

The vineyard is run by the fourth generation of the Renoir family and is composed of old vines from the seventies, planted on a Grand Cru terroir. Adrien works for purity and a slight bit of acidity in his wines. The agriculture is certified biological and he also uses some biodynamic practices.

The wine

The color is clear with golden hues and the bubbles are very subtle. The mouth has notes of toasted brioche with a fresh finale of citrus.

50% Pinot noir, 50% Chardonnay

It was bottled without fining or filtering.
