The domain

Louis Jadot values the terroir with rigour and precision. The careful vinifications and controlled ageing produce elegant, concentrated, and balanced 1er Crus, capable of evolving over several decades while expressing the typicality of Lavaux St Jacques.

The wine

From the moment it opens, black cherry, blackcurrant, violet, and subtle notes of sweet spices reveal themselves with intensity. The palate is full and structured, supported by melted tannins and balanced acidity. The finish, long and persistent, blends pure fruit, floral notes, and noble minerality.
