Antoine Sanzay took over the family estate in 2002. The estate covers 11 hectares spread across Saumur and Saumur-Champigny. Like his famous neighbour Clos Rougeard, Antoine Sanzay produces precise, refined and elegant Cabernet Franc wines

The wine

La Paterne is a single-varietal Cabernet Franc combining freshness with a long finish. This magnificent Saumur-Champigny blends notes of red fruit and spices.
