Description
Fruit of great patience, this Comte is matured between 18 months and offers roasted notes in the mouth. Its yellow paste owes its light incrustation of salt crystals to its long maturation in the cellar.
Badoz cheese factory
Located in Poligny and founded in 1961, it offers a large variety of greedy products. The cheeses are exclusively fabricated from the milk of Montbéliarde cows, fed with herb and forage, giving all its taste to mountain milk. Master cheese-makers from father to son since 1830, they control all steps of fabrication, from the collection of milk to ripening of cheeses.
