Result of old vines whose grapes are three times selected after the harvest, this remarkable wine aged for almost two years in oak barrels. Red and dark fruits are dominant on the nose with a touch of liquorice in the mouth.

    Description

    Henri Brunier created the family estate in 1891 and every generation has then enriched and extended the vineyard. Frédéric and Daniel of the fifth generation, and their sons, the sixth generation now run it. The four men favour parcel-by-parcel work and integrated farming in the respect of traditions to let free the expression of incomparable terroirs.

    Bottled without fining nor filtration.
