Our frangipane cake is a tribute to the bakery expertise of our workshop located at the foot of the Tour d’Argent. It is composed of a pure butter puff pastry generously filled with pastry cream and super unctuous almond cream.
Fruit of precise gestures, long work of the dough, and organic ingredients selected with rigor by our Head Baker, our King’s cake is crispy and golden to perfection. Its décor takes the shape of our legendary tower, as well as our exclusive fèves declined in three pastel colors, yellow, blue, and violet, created especially for the occasion.
