After Tokyo, California, Château Lafite Rothschild and Maison Camus, the mythical Tour d'Argent is completing its gastronomic strolls in Finland, with a "Tour en Balade" at the Savoy restaurant in Helsinki, which will celebrate its 85th anniversary at the end of January.
La Tour d'Argent Chef Yannick Franques and Savoy Restaurant Chef Helena Puolakka have imagined a six-course dinner to be served from January 26 to 28, 2023, featuring La Tour d'Argent's world-renowned recipes such as the famous Challandais duck, the mystery egg, the signature dish of the Tour's Chef, but also the Crepes Mademoiselle flambées, prepared in front of the guests.
