Founded in 1986, Gimonnet-Gonet is a family-run Champagne House that showcases the finest terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, with Chardonnay as its signature grape variety.

The Wine

L’Origine brings together Chardonnays from several Grand Cru vineyards. Floral and citrus-led, the palate combines finesse and vinosity, culminating in a distinctly chalky finish.
