The Domaine

The estate is located in a little-known appellation that still produces quality wines and is situated between the city of Lyon and Vichy. The estate was created in the 17th century and has been taken over by Stéphane Sérol in 1996. The property has a capacity of 12 hectares of vines, all converted to biodynamic agriculture. The domain produces beautiful wines highlighting the terroir and the Gamay grape variety.

The wine

This cuvée is fruity and lightly peppered. You will enjoy an unctuous wine with a beautiful fruity finale.
