The Domaine

Founded by Etienne Guigal in 1946, the estate is located in Ampuis, the cradle of the Côte-Rôtie appellation in the Rhône Valley. His son Marcel Guigal took over some 20 years later, in 1961. In order to strengthen the company’s development, his wife Bernadette joined the business.

The wine

Powerful and supported by notes of spices, red fruits, and wood, very discreet.
