The Vineyard

In Verdigny, not far from Sancerre, Julien Thomas and his partner Justine run the family domaine. The vineyard boasts 16 hectares of vines in the Sancerre appellation.

The wine

This Sauvignon Blanc, vinified in stainless steel tanks, retains its varietal character, so you will be seduced by its delicate citrus notes, including grapefruit. As the winemaker has chosen to use natural yeasts, this cuvée reflects the Sancerre terroir from which it comes.
