    Description

    The Domaine

It was created at the end of the 19th century by Jean Grivot and is nowadays run by Etienne Grivot. The estate extends on 14,72 hectares and produces reds for the majority, including some Grands Crus like Richebourg and Clos-de-Vougeot. It follows biological principles but is not certified.

    The wine

Richebourg extends on 8 hectares in the heart of Vosne-Romanée. The thin soils of a maximum of 30 centimeters of thickness force the vine to root deep which gives this wine its complexity.
