Philippe Leclerc established himself in the family estate in 1974 and runs about 8 hectares of vines on Gevrey-Chambertin for the major part.

The wine

This Premier Cru located between « Les Champeaux » and « Les Cazetiers » is perhaps the most renowned of the appellation. « La Combe aux Moines » is the highest parcel and gives aromatically powerful wines with unmatched elegance.
