The Domaine

Stanislaus Serafin started as an employee before buying vine parcels in Burgundy for cheap. In 1988, Christina Sérafin inherited the estate, and since 1998, his niece Frédérique Goulley and her daughter Karine take care of the exploitation.

The wine

The yields of 2012 have been quite low because of the weather, but the grapes gave deep and complex wines. You will be seduced by the silky texture of this wine.

Serving tips

You can let it age.

No decantation is needed.

Serve at around 15° - 17° degrees Celsius.
