The Domaine
It was created in 1553 by Jean de Pontac, who has always been a pioneer in many things, such as racking or even aging in barrels. Today owned by the Dillon family, it remains one of the monuments of Bordeaux by its regularity in its vintages and great aptitude for aging.
The wine
The terroir and expertise of the castle gave an elegant wine with nice concentration and minty nuances.
