The domain
The Jacques Prieur estate, established in Meursault since 1868, is among the most prestigious in Burgundy. He is indeed the only one to own vineyards in the five legendary appellations of Chambertin, Musigny, Clos de Vougeot, Corton-Charlemagne, and Montrachet.
The wine
The nose reveals aromas of ripe white fruits, white flowers, and toasted bread. On the palate, the wine is rich and structured, with a creamy texture and notes of butter, hazelnut, and honey. The finale is long and mineral.
