    Description

    The domain

Château Smith Haut Lafitte is a gem of the Bordeaux region. With a gravelly soil over a clay subsoil, it excels in both reds and whites. The domain, in biodynamics, masters an ancestral and innovative know-how, ensuring wines of great purity and finesse.

    The wine

The 1992 white, made from Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle, reveals an astonishing freshness for this delicate vintage. The nose is marked by aromas of white flowers, candied lemon, and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, liveliness and minerality intertwine with hints of toasted almond and honey.
