The Domaine
The castle is Grand Cru. Classified since 1959. The history of the estate dates back to the 13th century, and it has been managed by various families over the centuries. Since 2001, it has belonged to the Quinn family, of Irish origin. Château de Fieuzal has well-located vineyards, benefiting from gravel and clay-limestone soils.
The wine
On the palate, the structure lingers, the tannins have softened with time, and the fruit is still present.
