The Domaine
Benoît and Maud Soulies acquired this estate in 2016, but vines are planted there since 1730. The couple pays very much attention to fostering biodiversity in between the alleys.
The wine
The wine has a floral nose of cornflower and fresh lily, associated with blackcurrant and strawberry. The mouth is well-balanced and offers a nice freshness, with notes of blackberry and plum.
