Gevrey-Chambertin

The domain

Founded in 1919, the estate has been run by the Trapet family for four generations. It owns vineyards in some of the most prestigious appellations of the Côte de Nuits, including the grand crus Chambertin and Chapelle-Chambertin, as well as in the Alsace region. The estate is renowned for its commitment to biodynamic viticulture and its respect for the terroir. It produces high-quality red and white wines, seeking elegance and fruit purity in each of the cuvées.



The wine

Superb Gevrey-Chambertin with structure offering notes of blackcurrant and sour cherries and some tertiary aromas of underbrush, game, and leather. It will educate the most discerning Burgundy wine enthusiasts.
