The estate

Jean-Michel Boillot learned to make wine with Olivier Leflaive before setting up his own domaine in Pommard in 1985. He now heads up 11 hectares of vines, worked with passion and dedication.

The wine

Long and generous, with notes of rose, violet and liquorice, this wine promises to stir the senses. The tannins are fine and elegant, and the wine is silky and smooth: an exceptional Volnay.
