The estate
The Paul Garaudet family estate is located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, between Volnay and Meursault. It covers 10.5 hectares, 5.5 of which are planted exclusively with Pinot Noir in the communes of Pommard, Volnay and Monthelie, and 5 hectares with Chardonnay in Monthelie, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. The estate is committed to sustainable viticulture, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, in order to preserve the soil, the vines and, above all, future generations.
The wine
On the Charmots Premier Cru, Domaine Garaudet offers a Pinot Noir with notes of smoked bacon, undergrowth and dried fruit. Subtle pepper aromas on the finish add to the aromatic persistence.
