    This fine delicatessen is made for the major part of duck filet, which gives it a pronounced taste, and for a third, of pork raised in the open air.

    House of Laborie

    Supported by the expertise of farmers and butchers committed to offering high-quality meat, the house is run by a little team of people devoted to animal welfare. From breeders to artisans of the cured meat tradition, pigs are well treated, raised in the open air, and fed with a tailored alimentation. They were created by a crossbreeding guaranteeing marbled meat and very good structure.

    Ingredients: thin of duck 70%, thin and fat of pork 30%, lactose, salt, red wine, black pepper, E301, E252, natural aromas, spices, ferments, natural pork casings.
