The domain

Jean-Marc Boillot values terroir and optimal maturity with rigour. The careful vinifications and controlled ageing produce elegant and concentrated 1er Crus, capable of evolving with grace while expressing the typicity of Ronceret.



The wine

From the moment it opens, black cherry, raspberry, violet, and subtle spices elegantly reveal themselves. The palate is full, silky, and structured, supported by fine tannins and balanced acidity. The finish, long and persistent, blends pure fruit, floral notes, and subtle minerality.
