    Description

    The domain

    Jean-Marc Boillot values terroir and Chardonnay expression with rigour. The careful vinification and controlled ageing produce concentrated, refined, and balanced white 1er Crus, capable of ageing while maintaining purity and aromatic elegance.



    The wine

    At the opening, ripe pear, apple, white flowers, and subtle toasted notes reveal themselves with elegance. The mouth is full, silky, and perfectly balanced by a fine acidity. The finish, long and persistent, blends candied fruit, floral notes, and saline minerality.
