    The domain

    Guyon enhances the terroir with precision and respect for optimal maturity. The meticulous vinifications and careful ageing produce elegant, concentrated, and refined 1er Crus whites, capable of beautiful evolution over several years.



    The wine

    From the moment it opens, ripe pear, apple, white flowers, and buttery notes express themselves with subtlety. The mouth is full, silky, and perfectly balanced by a fine acidity. The finish, long and persistent, reveals candied citrus, dried fruits, and saline minerality.
