    The domain

    Weinbach cultivates its Grand Crus with rigour, respecting terroir and grape variety. Precise vinifications and controlled ageing produce concentrated, elegant, and profound wines, reflecting all the minerality and finesse of the Schlossberg.



    The wine

    The nose opens with fresh citrus, white flowers, and warm stones. The palate, taut and vibrant, combines density and finesse, supported by elegant acidity. The finish, long and saline, reveals citrussy nuances and a persistent minerality, typical of a great dry Riesling.
